Diamond Tree Lookout

Located 10km south of Manjimup on the South Western Highway. At the top of this 51 metre Karri tree, is the only wooden tree top tower in the world. It is still used as an integral part of the fire management and spotting programme. Climbing of the tree is permitted, with barbecues and toilets located nearby. An interpretive centre provides information on forest management and flora and fauna species inhabiting the area. The Jim Fox Adventure Trail is also located here and is great fun for the young and young at heart. This area is located in State Forest and therefore access is free.
