*Naturally brewed - no chemicals, preservatives or artificial flavorings. Our beers are not filtered, they are simply made with patience allowing time for the beer to settle - out prior to kegging or bottling.
*Fully mashed brew
*Six types of beer available on tap: -

-RedTale - Irish style red ale (brewers favorite)

-Moorhead Stout -Irish cream stout - lightly hopped with complex profile leaving hints of coffee & chocolate on the palate.

-Bucks Bitter - pale ale - designed to appeal to the palate of beer lovers used to the Australian style : lager.

- Blue Moon Lager- Genuine European style pilsner lager, light in colour with strong hop bouquet, ideal summer beer.

-Powerhouse Pale Ale - True character beer of the Indian pale ale variety - heavily hopped & has a more complex malt profile than the buck bitter with a crystal malt being used in the mash.

-Thrombolite - Made with New Zealand Savin hops imparting a characteristic citrus & fruity aroma for refreshing refinement.  Named after our local famous Thrombolites.
