MySouthWest Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply for this competition offered by www.mysouthwest.com.au and in conjunction with its competition supplier.
2. We reserve the right to end the promotion at any time without notice.
3. Entrants need to be over 18 years of age to enter or obtain Liquor and proof of age will be required to redeem any Liquor related prize.   Refer:(Liquor Control Act 1988)
4. The products offered in the promotion are subject to availability. We will endeavour to include all promoted products whenever possible; however, we do not guarantee availability of the advertised product.
5. Prizes and vouchers won are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
6. Entrants may enter only once during the promotion period.
7. To participate, entrants must enter their first and last names, mailing address and email address.
8. By entering this competition you agree to have your name and contact details released to the supplier of the competition.
9. One competition will be given away per fortnight. The draw will take place through random selection of all qualified and valid entries within the first 10 days of close of the competition. Winners will be notified by email or phone. If no response is received by the winner within the specified time frame, another winner will be drawn.
10. My South West is in no way liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or loss of any kind or any damages or loss whatsoever.
11. Each participant unconditionally and irrevocably releases, discharges and indemnifies Connect South West, it’s related bodies and their respective officers, servants, agents, representatives and employees to the fullest extent from and against any and every claim, loss, cost, expense, liability or damage howsoever incurred or suffered in connection with participation in the promotion, accepting or using a product or any other aspect of the promotion.
12. My South West will deliver the prize to the winner using Australia Post Regular Parcel Charges and is in no way responsible or to be held accountable for lost or delayed deliveries.
13. My South West will pay for delivery of the prize anywhere in Australia, or, in the event that the winner is from outside Australia, My South West will pay the equivalent of shipping to the furthest point within Australia and the winner will be responsible for the balance of payment for delivery.
14. My South West reserves the right to alter and change the terms and conditions without notice.
15. Every entry into the promotion shall be deemed to have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
